"As we grow up and become adults, our beliefs about what is possible change over time. Painful experiences have a way of harnessing our imaginations as we become less trusting of the world. As a child, your mind was open while you hoped for miracles, believed in magic, and viewed the workings of the universe with eyes full of wonder. Reconnect with your inner child today. Believe in wonderful possibilities. Open your mind."

I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.
I have been loving the service you have been providing. It has helped me in the sense that it has been keeping centered and in the present. I have noticed when my mind starts to wander that the negative thoughts dont last as long.
Because of thise service I've started keeping track of things I'm grateful for, memories that bring me joy, and day dreams that can relieve my anxiety.
I am so grateful that I started using Take 2 Minutes. Gratitude journaling and doing the 3 Good Things has really helped me change my attitude towards life. I am more positive in my mindset and try to look for silver linings in life's daily clouds.
I was skeptical at first about it being text-based instead of a mobile app but texts work so much better. I am definitely more likely to read the messages if they comes as a text. You can always add the website to your home screen for easier access. I like that there is not an overwhelming amount of messages but have the option to request more.
